      EXCELLENT QUIETNESS
      The bottle neck grip is performed using inflatable rods with high mechanical resistance. This system allows working in the quietest, safest, and cleanest way possible without pushing dirt or any broken glass into the production line.

      It has been designed to have total visibility so that the entire work process is under control from any position or station where the operator is located.
      PRODUCT SAFETY & STABILITY
      To prevent uncontrolled bottle falls from the pallet with the associated risks, a pallet centering system has been designed that allows the nylon to be removed from a pallet already positioned in the work area without having to move it further. The insertion of the full pallet can be done using: Manual pallet truck, Electric or Forklift.
      DOUBLE PALLET ENTRY
      There are always two sides available to introduce the pallet to be depalletized, which can be chosen according to the customer's and workplace's needs.
      MINIMAL MAINTENANCE
      The machine is accessible for maintenance on three sides with openable doors. The entire mechanism is at a suitable height for maintenance without the need for the operator to use additional equipment such as ladders, forklifts, etc.
      SINGLE ROW UNLOADING
      Using a simple rotary mechanical movement, one or more rows of bottles are unloaded at a time in an orderly manner onto the conveyor, thus eliminating noisy accumulations and unnecessary pressure between the bottles.
