 What are they?

Bottle drying blowers are devices used in the packaging industry to dry bottles after they have been cleaned, rinsed, or filled. The main goal of these machines is to remove moisture present on the bottles (both inside and outside) before they are packed or sealed. Proper drying is essential to avoid contamination or damage to the product, especially for bottles containing liquids, where residual moisture could alter the quality.

These machines primarily use compressed air or hot air to dry the bottles quickly and effectively. The air is blown with high pressure or at a low temperature strategically to eliminate moisture without damaging the container.

 What do we offer?

1. Compressed Air Blowing Machines

Operation: These machines use compressed air to remove moisture from bottles. The air is directed inside and outside the bottles to push away water or other liquid residues.

Features:

The machine is equipped with adjustable nozzles that allow precise direction of compressed air towards the bottles.

The compressed air can be adjusted based on speed and pressure to achieve the best drying result without damaging the bottle material.

Advantages:

It is a quick process and does not require the use of high temperatures.

It can be used to dry bottles of different materials (plastic, glass, etc.).

Disadvantages:

Efficiency depends on the quality of the compressed air and the machine's adjustment.

It may require regular maintenance to maintain air quality and prevent possible nozzle obstructions.

2. Hot Air Blowing Machines

Operation: These machines use hot air to dry bottles. The hot air is directed towards the bottles to remove moisture, heating the air to a temperature that facilitates moisture evaporation.

Features:

The air is heated through an integrated heating system and then blown onto the bottles.

Suitable for bottles that require fast and uniform drying.

Advantages:

Bottles dry quickly, which is useful in high-speed production environments.

Makes it possible to dry bottles that have a large amount of moisture or are difficult to dry.

Disadvantages:

Higher energy consumption compared to compressed air.

If the air is too hot, it can damage delicate bottles or affect product quality.

3. Tunnel Blowing Machines

Operation: These machines use a tunnel through which bottles are transported while being treated with compressed air or hot air to dry them.

Features:

Bottles pass through a drying tunnel where they are subjected to a continuous flow of air.

They can be equipped with ventilation and heating systems to optimize drying.

Advantages:

Ideal for high production speeds.

Suitable for high-capacity production lines.

Can be combined with other treatment stages (e.g., sterilization or cooling).

Disadvantages:

Requires more space and complex management of temperature and air flow.

Can be more expensive compared to other drying systems.

4. Vibration Blowing Machines

Operation: These machines use a mechanical vibration system to remove moisture from bottles. The vibrations help drain the water and improve the efficiency of compressed or hot air during drying.

Features:

The machine is equipped with a vibrating system that helps drain moisture from the bottles before air is used to complete the drying.

Advantages:

Removes moisture quickly and evenly, improving air efficiency.

Disadvantages:

Effectiveness depends on the strength and frequency of the vibrations.

Can be more complex to manage compared to machines with compressed or hot air.

5. Ultrasonic Blowing Machines

Operation: Ultrasonic waves are used to remove the smallest moisture particles from bottles. The high-frequency vibrations of the ultrasounds remove moisture gently but effectively.

Features:

Ultrasonic machines emit high-frequency waves that create vibrations in the bottles, helping to remove even the thinnest moisture.

Advantages:

Great for small or delicate bottles.

Does not require compressed or hot air.

Disadvantages:

Can be expensive and difficult to implement for large production lines.

Requires more frequent maintenance to maintain the effectiveness of ultrasonic vibrations.
