Poker is a revolutionary achievement in the field of capping. It was created to address the multiple issues in the sector that have emerged in recent years. It is a system for the complete and universal treatment of capsules for medium and high productions. The countless varieties of capsules can be processed here through a modular system that allows the various work combinations needed.The machine can be composed of:First capping turret. Depending on the type of capsules to be processed, it can be equipped with the following different quick-release head kits. Time: 10” for thermal head changes for heat shrinking, pneumatic heads for pre-pleating, pneumo-mechanical heads for closing sparkling wine capsules, pneumatic heads for closing pleated capsules (beer type). Second capping turret. Equipped with multiple rolling heads by Robino & Galandrino of new design (international patent). The basic machine, ready to be inserted in line, is complete with: distributor, bottle neck centering device, "lectern" capsule magazine with a capacity of about 2000 capsules, heat shrinking and/or pneumatic pre-pleating turret, rolling turret, safety protections and equipment for one type of bottle and capsule.
