FEATURES
Automatic rotary caging machines type “Rekord”, for the automatic distribution and tying of cages on sparkling wine bottles, for productions from 4,000 to 25,000 b/h. Machines complete with automatic system for picking and distributing cages, bottle transport screw at the entrance and multi-head rotary carousel for tying cages, electronic controls for bottle presence at the entrance and overflow at the exit. All functions are managed by PLC and Inverter located in the centralized electrical cabinet. The base is covered in stainless steel with access guards in sound-absorbing material and safety protections according to CE standards.
Automatic rotary monoblocks for corking and caging sparkling wine bottles, for medium and high productions. Practical, compact, they allow the execution of both functions on a single base. Complete with rotary corking turret, rotary caging turret with automatic system for picking and distributing cages, bottle transport screw at the entrance and electronic controls for bottle presence at the entrance and overflow at the exit. All functions are managed by PLC and Inverter located in the centralized electrical cabinet. The base is covered in stainless steel with access guards in sound-absorbing material and safety protections according to CE standards.
