High vacuum filling is used for dense and viscous liquids (vegetable oils, syrups, etc.) in glass containers or materials with high resistance. Unlike gravity or light vacuum fillers, this filling occurs by creating a vacuum in the bottle, which facilitates the entry of the product into the container. Once the desired level is reached, any excess product is collected in a ground tank and sent back to the main tank, or managed according to the customer's needs. The intensity of the vacuum is adjustable based on the density of the product and the production desired, within the speed limits allowed by the machine. All the general mechanical features of the tank, taps, lifts, and adjustments are the same as those listed in the Gravity/Light Vacuum Filling section.
