FEATURES

Monobloc SRT 30·44·6 SRF Sparkling Wine Production 6000 b/hx 750 ml.

The isobaric filling is suitable for the fully automatic processing of glass or plastic containers with carbonated liquids, but also for flat non-dense ones.
The pneumatic cylinder lifts bottles, has no rods protruding from the base to allow faster cleaning, and to facilitate this operation, the stainless steel platform under the filling is made with a strong incline towards a drainage channel. The descent of the cylinder is carried out by means of a cam and cam follower bearings coated with plastic material, for greater precision and quietness.
Depending on the product to be processed, the appropriate filling valve is chosen.
The valves can be:
VALVE TYPE “S”
Filling of carbonated products.
VALVE TYPE “SL”
Filling and leveling of carbonated products.
VALVE TYPE “PS”
Pre-evacuation and filling of carbonated products.
VALVE TYPE “DPS”
Double pre-evacuation and filling of carbonated products.
The filler is entirely constructed of stainless steel and anti-oxidant and self-lubricating materials. The filler feed, made by pressure difference, is controlled by minimum and maximum probes that act on the counter-pressure gas injection solenoid valves and external tank vent. This level control system also allows working with flat products without
the use of counter-pressure gas.
The filling valves can be opened for sterilization.
SOME OPTIONS
Dummy bottles. They allow washing with product recirculation. They can also be used for vaporizing the filling circuit, avoiding sending steam into the environment.
All parts in contact with the liquid, including the bag seal gaskets, are immersed in the washing product.
Neck grips. They allow working with plastic bottles by supporting them in the bag area, preventing deformation that would otherwise occur due to spring pressure. Alternatively, after analyzing the containers to be processed, cylinder locking devices can be adopted.
Laminar flow cover. The enclosures can be completed with the closure of the upper part of the cabin. A laminar flow system can also be installed, which, by supplying filtered air, creates positive pressure, preventing the entry of dust or foreign bodies into the filling area.
Glass washing device in case of bottle breakage.
During the compensation phase, the bottle is pressurized with counter-pressure gas. In case of a defective bottle, breakage may occur. This device washes the burst area. The operation can be performed either manually or fully automatically
