FEATURES
Automatic single-head cage machines type “Vittoria”, for the automatic distribution and tying of cages on sparkling wine bottles, for productions from 1,500 to 3,000 b/h. Machines complete with automatic system for picking and distributing cages, intermittent movement bottle transport carousel, electronic controls for bottle presence at entry and overflow at exit. All functions are managed by PLC and Inverter located in the centralized electrical cabinet. The base is covered in stainless steel with access guards in sound-absorbing material and safety protections according to CE standards.
Automatic single-head monoblocks for capping and cage tying of sparkling wine bottles, for productions from 1,000 to 3,000 b/h. Practical, compact, they perform the two functions on a single base using minimal space and reducing noise pollution. Complete with single-head capping turret, single-head cage tying turret with automatic system for picking and distributing cages, intermittent movement bottle transport carousel, electronic controls for bottle presence at entry and overflow at exit. All functions are managed by PLC and Inverter located in the centralized electrical cabinet.The base is covered in stainless steel with access guards in sound-absorbing material and safety protections according to CE standards.
